Vinson Edward Galmon , 54, of 413 Marion Avenue, Gaffney, passed away Wednesday, June 5th, in Spartanburg Medical Center. He was born in Cherokee County and was a son of the late James and Ruth Butler Galmon. Vinson was a retired employee of Stouffer's. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two siblings, Tony Galmon and Kathy Galmon. He leaves to cherish loving memories: four brothers, James Jr., Calvin (Gennie), Jimmy, and Maurice Galmon (Gwendolyn; aunts, Helen Camp and Helen Butler, of Gaffney, Rosa Mae Dawkins and uncle, William Dawkins, of Burlington, NC; other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., in Encounter Church with The Rev. Stanley Watson. Interment will follow in Gaffney Memorial Park
