Shirley Shears Tate , age 72, of 523 W. Montgomery Street Apt-15, Gaffney, passed away Thursday, August 14, 2025, in Spartanburg Medical Center. A Funeral Service will be Sunday, 1:00 p.m., in New Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Reverend Bobby Rodgers. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family is receiving friends at 140 Oakbrook Lane.
