Ruth A. Phillips , age 95, of 510 Thompson Street, Gaffney, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2025, in Blue Ridge in Brookview House-Gaffney. A Memorial Visitation will be held Monday, September 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., in The Gilmore Mortuary Chapel. The family will be receiving friends at the home of her niece, Debra Jefferies (Robert) at 113 Wilkinsville Hwy, Gaffney.
