Rhonda Sylvia Todd Hoey , age 68, of 104 Ezra Lane, Gaffney, SC, passed away Tuesday, September 27th, in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Wife of Andre William Hoey, she was born in Philadelphia, PA to Joe Antrom and Dolores Todd. Rhonda was a member of The Kingdom Hall in Gaffney, SC. She was a retired Medical Records Administrator at Jefferson Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents; a step-son, Andre William Hoey, Jr.; also Dolores Thelma Todd, whom was raised like a daughter; and two siblings, Richard Todd and Sharon Todd. Rhonda leaves to cherish loving memories: her husband, Andre; three sons, Thaymayne Todd, of Las Vegas, NV, Charlie Todd and Leroy Evans, both of Philadelphia, PA; two daughters, Janene Evans and Syreeta Todd, both of Philadelphia. PA; three sisters, Valerie Taylor, Celestine Wiggins (Edward), and Charlene Taylor, all of Philadelphia, PA; 35 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, 1:00 p.m., in Kingdom Hall with Brother Brian Phifer officiating. The family is receiving friends at the residence.
