Norman Canipe , 57, of 924 W. Garrison Blvd., Gastonia, NC, passed away Thursday, July 30th in CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia, NC. He was born on August 26, 1962 by the late Earnest Odell and Ollie Ruth Barnette Canipe. Mr. Canipe was a member of CrossView Baptist Church in Gastonia, NC. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Diane Canipe, Teresa Canipe, Trudy Canipe; a niece, Toni Mace; a great nephew, Christian Sabastian Stanley. He leaves to cherish loving memories: a brother, Roger Dale Canipe of Kings Mountain, NC; two nieces, Mandy Lynn Stanley and Barbie Putnam both of Gastonia, NC; great nieces, Autumn Rain Stanley and Nicole Welch; a great nephew Jordan "JoJo" Stanley Renner of Daytona Beach, Fl; a host of great-great nieces and nephews and friends.
