Mrs. Larunda Nicole Talley-Sims, 47 , of 308 Drucilla Drive, Gaffney, SC, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021, in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Wife of Chavis Sims, she was born in Gaffney on August 31, 1973 to David and Brenda Sarratt Talley. Larunda was employed as a Certified Medical Biller for Doctor's Care. She was a member of Living Faith Ministries in Union, SC, where she served with the Praise Dancers and as a member of the Pastor's Aide. She was also a member of the Rare Diamondz Social Club. A daughter, Heather Sarratt, predeceased her. In addition to her husband and parents, she leaves to cherish loving memories: two brothers, Jamille Sarratt, of Gaffney, SC., and Daniel Foster (Laura), of York, SC.; a sister, Davette Talley, of Gaffney; mother-in-law, Patty Boyd, of Jonesville, SC; a grandchild, A'Drianna McFadden; aunts & uncles, Annie Mae Littlejohn, of Shelby, NC, Angela Shippy, of Gaffney, Vera Talley, of Georgia, Annette Smith, Dorothy Burris, Nathaline Thomas,Vivan (Jean) Wilson, Alonzo Wilson, James O. Burris, Jr., Brenda (Frank) Glenn, and Lauri (Johnny) Henderson, all of Union, SC, Sandra Henderson, of Bridgeport, CT; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Public Viewing will be held Thursday from ? – 6:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 7, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., in the Gilmore Mortuary Chapel with Minister Debra Littlejohn officiating.
