James E. ( Goat ) Hemphill , age 85, of 700 S. Logan Street, Gaffney passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025, in Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 31, 2025, 12:00 noon in The Gilmore Mortuary Chapel with the Reverend Dr. Timothy L. Hunter. Interment will follow in Frederick Memorial Gardens.
