Gracie Mae Gordon, age 82, passed on October 12, 2026, in Indianapolis, IN. She was born in Gaffney, SC and was a daughter of the late Johnny Allen, Sr. and the late Grace Goudelock Allen. Gracie was a 1962 Graduate of Granard High School.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Purefoy.

Local survivors include: her siblings, Johnny Dean Allen (Elaine), Mattie Sue Banks (Donald), Donald Allen (Helen Kay), and Lola Allen.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, IN, on October 30, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. with live streaming at https://client.tribucast.com/tcid/c26106334047637.
