Miss Eugenia Fowler Johnson , 44, of 106 Iveywood Apartments on Martin Lane in Gaffney, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021, in Spartanburg Medical Center. She was born in Gaffney and was a daughter of the later Michael Oglesby and the late LeVerne Peeler Oglesby. "Tinker Bell," as she was affectionately called by her family and friends, was a 1995 graduate of Gaffney High School, a member of Greater Hope Ministries and served as an usher and Praise Team Dancer. She was also predeceased by a son, Chancellor Latimer. She leaves to cherish loving memories: her children, LaNyla Fowler and Antony Johnson, of Gaffney; step-son, Antonio Chandler Johnson, Husband, Craig Johnson, Mother-in-law, Elder Edna Johnson, all of Dorchester, SC; step-mother, Gwen Oglesby; siblings, Sierra Michael and Michael Oglesby, II, of Gaffney; supportive aunts, Mary Lee Peeler, Janice Peeler Brown (Solomon), Joyce Jefferies (Kenny), and Nettie Peeler James, all of Gaffney, Esther Moultrie and Betty Joe Pringle, of Dorchester; special cousins, Kyerra, Terrian, and Torien Oglesby, JaKenza and Jamarrius Jefferies, Jairus and Jamaal Dunlap, Kaleb, Rose, and Riley Nelson, Marcus Moultrie; her significant other, Kevin Byers; god sister, Koko, of Greenville; other relatives and friends. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, 12:00 a.m., at Limestone Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Caroline Allen Jones, and Rev. Michael Golden, presiding. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
