Daisy Helen Smith, 70, of 511 Littlejohn Street, entered eternal rest Saturday, February 27th, in Mary Black Memorial Hospital, Spartanburg.

Wife of Linzsey Lee Smith, she was born in Cleveland County, NC and was the daughter of Lucille Hush Crosby and the late Moses David Crosby.

She was a member of Concord Baptist Church and a retired employee of Carolina Cotton, Inc.

Surviving are: her husband, Linzsey Smith and mother, Lucille Crosby, both of the home; one son, Norman Crosby of Gaffney; one daughter, Marvette Ellis of the home; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 3:00 p.m., in Concord Baptist Church with Dr. Michael A. Bridges officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. She will be in state in the church Saturday at 2:00 p.m.

The family is at the home on Littlejohn Street and at the home of William Ellis, 118 Monroe Road, Gaffney.
