Mr. Arthur J. Norris , the son of Ethel Mae Norris and James A. Norris departed this life on Friday, December 17, 2021. He is survived by one sister Gloria Jean Norris and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at the D.L. McLaughlin Funeral Home located at 2518 Pennsylvania Avenue SE on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 10:00 am.

A Graveside Service will be Thursday, 11:00 a.m., in Gaffney Memorial Park.
